We care about the investment you are choosing to make and in order to ensure optimal performance for thousands of miles we recommend an essential operational ‘GOCYCLE FASTFIELDS SERVICE’ to be carried out every 2,000 miles or 3,200 km by Gocycle or one of our authorized Gocycle service partners (GSP.) Like all motorised vehicles it is crucial to maintaining the condition, performance and safety of your Gocycle.
This consists of a thorough inspection of the Gocycle to ensure everything is mechanically sound, pre-empts any future problems and most importantly gives you the peace of mind that your Gocycle is safe and working exactly as it should. Servicing a Gocycle is designed to be stress and hassle free; when it’s time for a service, you see your dash light leds flashing on your Gocycle and the GocycleConnect App. If you have kept your Gocycle box we can even arrange for your Gocycle to be collected from an address of your choosing and delivered back to you after the service has been completed (charges and exclusions apply).
Nothing lasts forever, but with regular check-ups and servicing every 2,000 miles your Gocycle will last longer and will operate optimally. All service is recorded via the GocycleConnect App which will also enhance resale value, ensuring your Gocycle retains its premium and innovative allure. As part of this commitment your Gocycle comes with a standard 2 year warranty which covers all non-perishable parts (for details see here). By following our recommended maintenance schedule and having your Gocycle serviced every 2,000 miles by Gocycle or a Gocycle Service Partner we give you further peace of mind by covering any parts replaced during the service with an additional 12 month Warranty. This means, that in the unlikely event a part or component that has been replaced by us develops a fault or fails within 12 months, we will replace it for you again, completely free of charge.
